Menopausal women

In the menopausal women, the vagina becomes dry due to changes in the production of hormones. There may, therefore, be irritation and difficulty in passing urine. If the affected person may consult the doctor, he will prescribe some creams. Besides, he may try to restore the production of the hormone. In the absence of stimulation to make the internal passage of vagina wet when she is raped, the internal part of the vagina may become wounded causing pain while passing urine. Therefore it is not advisable to participate in sex without the stimulus making the vagina wet.
